Global Investment Aggregates (GIA) is a privately held investment holding company for sub-companies with related, yet distinct products, services, and markets. Founded by Emmanuel Madueke in 1990, and registered as a limited liability company doing business as GassCorporation. Today, the company is known as Global Investment Aggregates and has evolved to include several subsidiaries engaged in a variety of business sectors. Headquartered in Denver Colorado, GIA creates and manages a diversified portfolio of direct and indirect investments on a local and global basis.

The 2012 acquisition of Regional Asset Management followed by the 2014 restructuring of the company formalized three distinct divisions of investment activities: These divisions include real estate, transportation and logistics, and special projects (hospitality).

Our focus is on buying non-core and under-performing businesses in the USA, Europe, and emerging markets. Most of our acquisitions are subsidiary spin-offs of large corporations and family owned businesses.
