Special Projects (Hospitality) Division

The SPH division is made up of other investments that could not be accommodated into the real estate or transportation divisions. Investments made in this area are mainly related to the hospitality industry ranging from major airport and neighborhood energy supply (gas stations), hotel accommodations, senior centers, and shopping centers. The SPH division is also responsible for the research, acquisition, and disposal of assets.
