The real estate division has been the bedrock of our investment organization since 1990. We started out acquiring single family homes in the Denver Rocky Mountain area. In 1995 a separate entity was added to help manage our rapidly growing real estate investment holdings. Today, there are four different subsidiaries associated with the company's real estate investment effort. The success and experience we demonstrated locally were recognized by prominent regional and international investment houses. Their relationships and partnerships are helping us secure a space on the regional and international stage.

Global Investment Aggregates (GIA), through its subsidiaries, invests in a variety of property types. We invest locally and globally, especially where supply lags demand and in areas where high property appreciation is almost guaranteed. GIA invests in both good and sluggish economic environments, including in areas with established, up and coming infrastructures, and around major government proposed development projects.

Our real estate division specializes in acquiring existing undervalued properties for cash flow, renovating, and re branding properties, turn-around services, disposal of distressed properties, and property management.
